PIYO!!! I, personally, am so excited about this workout and anxious to try it out! If you are anything like me and like to do strong but graceful moves while working up a sweat, not high jumps or crazy high-impact moves, this might just be what you are looking for as well. PiYo is a high-intensity but low-impact workout that aims to give cardio, strength, and flexibility training all in one workout. The moves are Pilates and yoga inspired, without the long pauses and holding -- You keep moving! So you'll burn plenty of calories while toning and building lean muscles.
